IN THE OFFICIAL
EXAMINATION
BOOKLETS
EXAMINATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
▪ Always bring and present your permits during the conduct
of the examinations. Do not attempt to take an examination
without a permit and school I.D. Non-presentment of the
permit will subject the examinee to deductions.

▪ Read the instructions carefully.

▪ Read each item carefully before answering.

▪ Write only on the front side of the sheets. If and when all
the front pages have already been consumed, begin using
the back side of the first sheet and continue answering in
the succeeding back sides of the succeeding sheets.

▪ Answer the questions in the order they have been


presented.

▪ Answer each main question on a new page.

▪ Answer essay-type questions briefly and concisely. A mere


YES or NO will not get any credit.

▪ Do not repeat the question or re-state the facts.
▪ Review your answers before submitting the booklet.
▪ Use only sign pen or fountain pen with black, blue, or
blue-black ink only
▪ Never tear any sheet from the booklet. Just cross out
neatly the words you want to change.
▪ Do not fold any part of the booklet nor write any
unnecessary symbols, codes, or image for it will be
considered as markings.
▪ Observe proper margins, indentions, and paragraph
spacing in presenting your answers.
▪ All books, notes, notebooks, and papers should be
placed underneath the whiteboard and/or blackboard
▪ USE OF CELLPHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES
DURING THE EXAMINATIONS IS HIGHLY PROHIBITED.
• The professor should fairly grade the
examination of the student based also on
the presentation of their answers.

• Deductions may be made upon the total


score of the student, left upon the discretion
of the professor, if found non-compliant
with the examination policies and
procedures, and if defects are found in the
student’s manner of answering, as to his:

• Use of the English Language (which


includes spelling and grammar);
• Logic
• Handwriting
