Words to describe houses

Two bedroom flat

I live in a two bedroom, two bathroom flat. It’s enormous, the


living room is very spacious and there is a big balcony on the
south side. The windows are always bringing lots of light inside. So
it’s bright.

The building is not very modern but also it’s not very old. There
are not many things you can do around the building. There’s no
swimming pool or a basketball playground.

But It’s not very far from the metro / subway / underground. If
you take a bike, it’s only 5 minute ride.
