marry in her early age, now everyone has rights to choose their
own paths of life, their career and getting well education, to do
jobs in any fields and satisfy their needs and wants also aims of
life. In early days, girls used to do house works, to take care of
family, their needs. In this world, every individual uses the
same universal language which common to all. According, to
colonist she was ask to write in English for which she raise her
voice why they criticize her, everyone has rights to speak and
write in their own choice of language. She is an Indian , brown

abilities in compare to man, that she is not lesser than him.
Before so many years, women don’t have much rights or equal
rights with men, they don’t take decisions, do not have liberty
to raise their voice in front of others. Peoples also thinks that
girls are safe in homes ,should do house works only. They don’t
have to go out for any kind of jobs, give respect and serve their
families. poet talks here about that everyone ignores the
mistakes of men and scold women. Earlier girls also
commanded to wear sarees, be a girl, remain silent, cover their
face in front of everyone . Nowadays ,if a girl is being raped
then society questions a girl not rapist for his mistake. Now girls
has rights to give their suggestions, advices and to do jobs
before marriage and after marriage also. Now parents give their
children best education and support them to reach heights and
success for their life to be independent, and choose their life
partner with own’s choice without any pressure not like earlier
period of time marry at young age and serve family without
education. Now world has changed every individual has equal
rights to speak, to raise voice against violation ,illiteracy or any
other misbehave. So therefore, this poem shows that how she
faced her life’s problem before and after her married life in
society against women, so she raised her voice and fight for it.
