Subject: Manila Water Meter Hourly Reading

Sir,

With the said subject above, listed below are timed meter reading conducted last July 16, 2015:

1. 8:55 am - 00255 cubic meter(black number) and 703 milliliter(red number)

2. 10:00 am - 00255 cubic meter(black number) and 703 milliliter(red number)
 From 8:55 am to 10:00 am all faucets and water closets gate valve were closed
but the mainline is still open to verify if there is leak along the supply pipe; with
the output of the meter reading there is no sign of leak along the supply pipe.
3. 10:05 am – 00255 cubic meter(black number) and 706 milliliter(red number)
4. 11:02 am – 00255 cubic meter(black number) and 712 milliliter(red number)
5. 11:14 am – 00255 cubic meter(black number) and 712 milliliter(red number)
6. 11:36 am – 00255 cubic meter(black number and 712 milliliter(red number)
 Gate valves are now open, notice that the red number between 10:00 am to
11:02 am have a discrepancy of 9 milliliter because we tests the waterline in
each area(all t&b and faucets) if it’s already flowing on all supply lines; with the
results there is no leak on all accessories(faucets, showers and water closets).

For the month of June, your meter reading is 00252 cubic meter (from the black number) as indicated
on your latest bill in-which you have already accumulated 3 cubic meters as of July 16, 2015.

Also, we instructed/teached your Maid on how to tighten or close the water closets in case the fittings
of the water closets loosen.

Please be guided accordingly.
