• The rule requires the process of design of ship according to routes, cargo
transported and her mission. The design including testing if required may be
identified by calculation and data provided for a particular ship. The ship may
have initial approval for the design undertaken.

• The shipbuilder assigned to undertake the building or repairing process should

be granted shipbuilding certificate informing the capability of management,
competencies, facilities and knowledge on requirements and related standards.

• During the building all inspections will be undertaken not only my class but
also statutory officers according the approved drawings, and data

• If the ship has already fulfilled the requirements, then ship certificated will be
granted
