Professional memberships
Keeping in touch with the latest developments in your
area of expertise is critical to your professional
development. If eligible, EY will cover joining and
annual membership fees for professional bodies such
as the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Tax
Institute of Australia.
Salary packaging
Your remuneration can be structured to suit your
needs. Salary packaging enables you to pay for some
benefits from your pre-tax salary. If eligible we
currently allow salary packaging of Qantas Club
membership, novated leases and parking for motor
vehicles, study expenses and additional superannuation
contributions. Some restrictions do apply to candidates
who are employed on a temporary visa and your
recruiter will be able to give you more information.
