AFFIDAVIT OF NON-OPERATION OF BUSINESS

I, MELVIN S. ALIGA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and presently residing at

Aurora East,Diffun, Quirino, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and say:

1. THAT I haven’t had any business registered and operated under my name;
2. THAT the business named “MS ALIGA SHOP” located at Aurora East, Diffun,
Quirino is not my business appeared at BIR Office which is hereto attach ed as Annex
3. THAT the said business is owned by mother “MARIVIC ALIGA’’ and that business
was already closed since 2015 due to LACK OF MANPOWER;
4. THAT I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
and to use the same for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
