TRAINING PROPOSAL
I. TITLE
Gender Responsive Networking
II. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE
As mandated by the Department Order No. 42,s. 2016,teachers should prepare
their Daily Lesson Log (DLL) or Detailed Lesson Plan (DLP) to ensure the quality
instruction delivered to the pupils. It states that planning lesson is the fundamental
to ensuring the delivery of teaching and learning in the school. It supports teachers
in organizing and managing their classes and lessons effectively and efficiently and
ensure the achievement of learning outcomes. Furthermore, daily lesson preparation
also encourages reflective practice since it requires teachers to think about and reflect
on their instructional practices on a daily basis.
Based on the school consolidated performance and competency gap on learning
and development t of teachers the development of quality lesson plan together with
the strategies in facilitating teaching-learning process as rank 1.As mandated by the
said order ,all teachers should be capacitated with knowledge, skills and values on
the preparation of daily lesson resulting the improvement of the teaching and
learning process in class.
III. OBJECTIVES
Terminal objectives:
To capacitate teachers on the preparation and considerating the gender
responsive networking in making Daily Lesson for the K to 12 Basic Education
Program.
Enabling objectives:
1. To acquire deeper understanding of the different principles and terms thru
gender responsiveness in developing lesson plan
2. To enhance teachers’ capabilities on the preparation of daily lesson.
3. To design a quality DLL/DLP for the improvement of pupils performance

1. All participants acquired deeper understanding of the rationale, terms and parts
