REFLECTION on Focus Group Discussion

I have learned a lot during the focus group discussion with our
able MT-in-charge, ma’am Rujealyn R. Cancino. Grade 3 and
Kindergarten teachers learned more about the preparation of individual
development plan based on the result of our accomplished electronic
self-assessment tool. Then, we have the mid-year review to check on
the needed forms and reports for us to accomplish . We were advised
to prepare as early as possible to prevent rushing things out and be
ready with the school forms by the end of the school year.

REFLECTION on Focus Group Discussion

The topic discussed by our master teacher here was more on the
MOVs to be prepared for our IPCRF. We were asked to print a hard
copy of the multi-year guidelines of IPCRF-RPMS to give ourselves a
clear understanding of what are to be prepared. Since we already know
the target MOVs in the corresponding objectives then it is easy for us
already to collect our needed MOVs for our portfolio. We then agreed
on certain schedules regarding on our classroom observations with our
rater.
