PART I

I. Title: Nagbayan ES Sportfest 2019

II. Date: July 24, 2019
Venue: Nagbayan Elementary School Quadrangle

IV. Objectives:

1. Allow students to develop psychomotor skills and fine-tune motor skills with coordination,
movement, strength, dexterity, grace, and speed, and also find healthy outlets for energy.
2. Teach the value of sportsmanship. The ability to accept defeat gracefully is a sign of maturity
and a requisite skill for success. The ability to bounce back strong from a fall will able students to
experience personal triumph and immense joy. Losses teach students to rebound stronger next
time, practice craft, and learn from mistakes, while wins teach students to never rest on their
laurels but to keep practicing, and always maintain a fighting form. Playing sports teach students
to refrain from boastful arrogance and instead to learn to be realistic and humble.
3. Promote camaraderie and rapport among students, instructors, parents, and administration. In
other words, sports build strong bonds within the community.

V. Expected Number of Participants:

The expected participants will be the pupils enrolled and the ten (10) teachers plus the
School Head of Nagbayan Elementary School with the stakeholder providers.

Actual Number of Participants:

Ten (10) Teachers, total pupils enrolled one School Head and five (5) representatives from
Brgy. Officials of Nagbayan, Castillejos, Zambales
 Part II NARRATIVE REPORT

Relative to School’s Division Memorandum No. 152, s. 2019 which is known as Timeline of Sports
Activities for SY. 2019-2020.

The first activity is Parade where the students/athletes together with the Teachers, Parents and
Brgy. Officials.
It is then followed by the general assembly of the athletes and officials and an opening program
led by our energetic School Principal Ma’am Lorna M. Ednave officially declares the beginning of the
Intramurals Activity. As the day goes on games were played from the different events until it reaches the
final games to determine the champions of each competition.
The school not only conducted sports activities but the literary musical contests as well. This is
very crucial because we truly believe that learners are diverse in many ways thus, it is true that not all
students are adept in the field of sports. Therefore, it is essential that we conduct differentiated
activities to cater the skills and talents the students have.
The final part of the activity is the declaration and awarding ceremony wherein not only the
victors have been awarded prizes to recognize their efforts during the conduct of games but also those
who have lost but actively participated in the activity.
