School is a place where one can learn so many things. It helps the students to grow up into a
responsible person. Every day the students spend a lot of time in school for learning. Today, our
school grounds are full of litter and debris that they resemble a garbage dump more than a place
to learn, students don’t value orderliness such as not having a straight line going to rooms,
students rarely respect others and we lack peace. For this, I will be promoting “MarUPOC” or
Making awesome response through UNITY,PEACE, ORDERLINESS and CLEANLINESS.

Over the course of the last week, I watched in horror as the imaginary world I live in, or
lived in, came crashing down around me. I built myself a world where discrimination was largely
a thing of the past. A world where people worked together to achieve equal rights for all. No
matter the age or background of the students in your classroom, cultivating an atmosphere where
students feel part of the group is important. I will continue using team-building activities
throughout the class and revisit the idea of what unity means to individuals and communities. I
will make sure my attitude is one of acceptance and cooperation as well; students will look to me
as an example. Too often students are not actively involved in fostering or enforcing the rules and
values that keep a school’s culture positive. For the most part, they are given the same set of rules
to follow since kindergarten and take a passive role in following them. It’s no secret that students
who have developed mutual respect and supportive relationships with each other learn best
together. When students are encouraged to gain a better understanding of themselves and others,
they inevitably develop respect for one another and promote a healthier learning environment.
This means less bickering, less bullying, and less physical altercations. Once respect is established
in the classroom, there is more room to enjoy the learning process and definitely more room for
creativity and fun to take place. I will promote unity for being an example to others, I will respect
people and their opinions. Furthermore I will conduct some activities such as “Tapat at katabi
ko,Linis ko.”With this students will know how to respect everyone and to have a unity for making
the school better.

Students are bullying each other and assaulting teachers Violence prevention comes in a
variety of shapes and sizes: It can be peer mediation, life-skills training, or anger management.
But at its core, each program attempts to teach children one thing -- how to resolve their conflicts
peacefully. I will declare my classroom a “peace zone”. I will not tolerate any kind of bullying and
lay down ground rules at the beginning of the year that are posted for everyone to see.I will teach
conflict resolution skills. One way is through role-playing. Role-play different situations that I
notice amongst the students. I will talk about peaceful ways to resolve the conflict. I can define
and discuss compromise, taking turns, and listening skills.
An Orderly person is one who takes pride in making sure everything is done correctly. We
live in a world today that rushes to get everything done quickly no matter what the outcome is. An
orderly person looks at the details and arranges themselves to achieve greater efficiency. By not
overlooking key details, reducing clutter, and looking at all the points you can save time, energy,
and frustration. I will set Priorities – When cleanliness becomes a priority, I will clean up after
myself. When school is a priority, I will do homework before watching television. When health is a
priority, I will practice good hygiene and eat healthy food. Make becoming orderly a priority in my
life. Same as for everyone. I will use things only for their intended purposes. I will put things back
where they belong, I will keep my work area clean and neat and make sure that before I leave a
certain area I will make sure it is clean and lastly, I will return lost things to their rightful owners.
I will fix the line of my classmates and I will make sure it is a one straight line going to rooms.

I will take actions to encourage responsible environmental practices and to foster

stewardship of the environment among my schoolmates,. We all know the old saying “Cleanliness
is next to Godliness.” It means we can get closer to God by staying clean and keeping our
surroundings clean. All students spend a large part of their waking hours in either the classrooms
or in the school compound , hence it is everyone’s duty to keep premises clean. This will not only
reflect a good trait in character but will also be good for our health and well-being. To help the
school compound clean, I will put several bins in classrooms that my section goes to, I will put
three bins for segregation. Furthermore, I will be promoting “Tapat at katabi ko, Linis ko”
Campaign. Put the waste materials in the appropriate dust bin in order to dispose the waste
properly. I will take care to use the school properties such as chairs, tables, duster and chalks
properly. And keep the class room and school premises clean. Lastly, I will maintain personal
hygiene properly.

Everything starts with discipline ,in order to have cleanliness, orderliness, unity and peace
we must first impose discipline to ourselves because if you have discipline every good deeds will
just follow. A regiment or an army without discipline is a mere mob. Soldiers have to learn to act
together as one man under the command of their officers; and the object of military drill is to
make their obedience to orders so perfect that it will become automatic. In the same way no
school or college can exist long where discipline is not enforced. If the boys can do as they like,
regular teaching becomes impossible, and education a farce.

A pair of helpful hand is good, Hundred is better, Thousand is greatness but Million is
everlasting. So let's hold each other's hand to guide people to the right path where their feet can't
reach, their eyes can't see and their ears can't hear. Let's breathe the air with worthiness, purpose
and responsibility.
