MARIN SELATAN SDN BHD (794991-K) is a Malaysia Bumiputra company incorporated on 7th
November 2007 to capitalize on the Malaysia’s growth potential and the eventual ASEAN integration
opportunities in the upstream, midstream and downstream commodity and energy market.

3A) ENERGY & COMMODITY TRADING

 Trade and supply Marine Fuel Oil (180cSt, 380cSt, 500cSt

and 700cSt) and Marine Gas Oil to vessels at Johor Port,
Port of Tanjung Pelepas and Port Klang.

 Expanding our supply of marine fuel in other federal ports

(Penang Port) in Peninsular Malaysia and eventually, Port
of Singapore (world’s top bunkering hub) (2018).

 Building up our trading portfolio to include :-

a. Supply of bitumen, base oil, diesel, mogas and
lubricants in Peninsular Malaysia (2018).
b. Supply into-plane Jet-A1 to airline arriving in Malaysia
airports (Soon!)
c. Trading and export of biomass resources such as
palm kernel shell as renewable energy (Soon!).

3B) SHIPPING & TRANSPORTATION

 Currently owns and operates a fleet of five (5) bunker

tankers for bunker delivery in Port of Tanjung Pelepas
and Port Klang.

 Fleet expansion plan to purchase additional 3 units of

bunker tankers (between 5,000dwt ~ 10,000dwt) to
support targeted trading volume of 480,000MT per
month (Soon!)

 Provides shipping agency and vessel clearance services for vessels at Port of Tanjung Pelepas,
Pasir Gudang Port and Port Klang.

 Booking and coordinating of pilots, tugs,
stevedores and other port services
 Coordinates bunkering operations and
cargo survey.
 Supervises loading and discharging
operations.
 Clearance of ship spares & supplies and

3D) CUSTOM & FORWARDING CLERANCE
 Arranges and coordinates domestic and international freighting services for containerized, break-
bulk and petroleum cargos.
 Provides expert advices on insurance costs, special documentation fees, shipping fee, warehouse
fee etc. as well as clearing export and import consignments.

3D) CUSTOM & FORWARDING CLERANCE
 Our custom & forwarding clearance services at key ports (PTP, Port Klang, Johor Port) include:-
 Custom documentation (K1, K2, K3, K8 and K9)
 Calculation of taxes/duties/excises
 Assist in claim back from Custom
 Handling of stuffing & de-stuffing at ports
 Facilitate communication between the importer/exporter with governmental agencies

 Experience to handle clearance of vessel and bulk size cargo at major Malaysia ports and private

Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) operating as Floating
Storage Units in Port of Tanjung Pelepas Port Limit and
Titan Tulshyan
Johor Bahru Port Limit since 2008.

 Provides towage, transportation, agency, husbandry, spare

parts & supplies, repairs services and various services to
support the STS operations.

 Secures a STS license (Oct 2017) to operate up to 4
VLCCs in Johor Bahru Port Limit.

 Actively identifying and securing strategic
locations in Malaysia for development of onshore
tank farms to handle storage, blending and
distribution of crude oil, gas and petroleum
products.

 Plan to build, own and operate onshore storage

terminals of at least 1 million cubic meter storage
capacity and equipped deepwater wharves/jetties
to berth VLCCS.

 Storage tank space will be lease to traders to

support their regional trading and distribution of
various petroleum products.

3F) MARINE SUPPLY BASE & SUPPORT SERVICES

 Appoints as Agent to handle all vessel and cargo clearance for a 42 acres fabrication yard, equipped with
a 140m shoreline and 2 private jetties located in Johor, Malaysia. The fabrication yard is able to support
an annual of 25,000MT steel production and loadout of 2,400MT.

 Conceptual development to transform the fabrication yard into an “Offshore & Marine Supply Base” which
will be equipped with a common-user jetty for vessel berthing, cargo import/export, crew transfer and
afloat inspection, maintenance and repair works.

Shipbuilding
 Strategic partnership with shipyards to design and engage
in newbuilding of vessel less than 10,000 deadweight ton
in facility at Johor, Malaysia.
 Products – Offshore vessel, launchboat, barge, tugboat,
small tanker, patrol boat, pilot boat and utility boat etc.

Shiprepairing
 Strategic partnership with contractors to provides
inspection, repair and maintenance services for marine
vessels, offshore support vessels and drilling rigs in
shipyard, port, anchorage & OPL. Our services include:-
