Rules & Regulations

I Timings & Punctuality:

1. Every Personnel in the Company has to adhere to the timings as set with each one. A 10 minutes
grace is given and anything beyond that a late mark is marked. Third time late beyond 10 minutes
half day Salary will be cut. There will be no tolerance for anyone coming late.

2. Anyone wanting to take leave need to make a Leave Application to seek permission for leave. This
needs to be done 15 days prior so the Company is able to organize alternative arrangements. This
done not mean that the leave will be granted automatically. The Company may not grant leave.

3. If for any reason someone needs to take an Urgent leave that too needs to be informed a day prior,
the same may or may not be granted. Anyone who inform on the same morning, then 2 days
Salary will be cut. That is the day he / she takes the leave and the weekly off day.

4. If anyone wants to offset his or her weekly off with someone else the same needs to be informed to
the Company and the Company will decide whether the same can be accommodated.

5. From now on 2% TDS will be cut from the Salary and the same can be adjusted as a deduction
from the Income Tax. The Company has till now borne the TDS but henceforth all emplyoees will
have to bear the same.

6. With a view to streamline all employees timing, leaves, disputes etc. the same can be addressed to
the Company and will be taken care of the same.

II Stock Keeping & Ordering:

1. In view of streamlining the stocks at the stores the ordering and deliveries will be made according.

2. Physical stock checking will be done on a weekly basis and one person will be given the
responsibility to take the physical stock.

3. Ordering of stocks a person will be given the responsibility of ordering the stock and receiving the
same.

4. All goods received at the stores directly the same will have to be signed by the responsible person
so designated and sent to the main office immediately.
