Delivery Boy Policy- Flavours guru

1. Delivery Boy should be responsible for coming on time, he can be late for 15 minutes 3 times
in a month after which each late will attract deduction of half day salary

2. Delivery boy will get OT on more than the working hrs he does in a month and he should have
proper proof shared with the management for the same, then only he will be entitled to get
the Over time.

3. Working hrs of the delivery boy will be 10 hrs over this will get over time for the same.

4. There will be 4 week off given to the delivery boy and he has to inform the management for
applying it 2 days prior failing which week off will not be accepted.

5. In case of non approved leave 2 days salary will be deducted.

6. Delivery boys will be paid extra one day salary if he will work during his week offs.

7. Proper log book to be maintained by the delivery team as per route whenever he leaves the
store for any company related work. It is a daily activity and on this basis payment will be
released.

8. Any cash payment received by the delivery boy should be deposited same day to the store.
No payment of customer will be given to the management from their own wallets like
Paytm/Google pay/phone pay etc.

9. Delivery Charges will be paid weekly.

10. There is no provision for advance payment.

11. It is a duty of a delivery boy to provide confirmation to management for any cod payment. If
payment is not received due to any reason delivery boy should not move from the delivery
point before getting confirmation from the store, failing to this amount will be deducted from
his salary.
1. डिलीवरी बॉय को समय पर आने के डलए डिम्मेदार होना चाडहए, वह महीने में 15 डमनट के डलए 3 बार ले ट हो सकता है, डिसके
बाद प्रत्येक ले ट में आधे डदन की सैलरी में कटौती होगी।

2. डिलीवरी बॉय को एक महीने में काम करने वाले से अडधक पर ओटी डमले गा और उसे उसी के डलए प्रबंधन के साथ उडचत प्रमाण
साझा करना चाडहए, तभी वह ओवर टाइम पाने का हकदार होगा।

3. डिलीवरी ब्वॉय के वडकिंग ह्र्स 10 घंटे होंगे इस पर उसी के डलए समय डमले गा।

4. डिलीवरी बॉय को दी गई 4 सप्ताह की छूट होगी और उसे 2 डदन पहले इसे फेल करने के डलए प्रबंधन को सूडचत करना होगा डक
कौन सा सप्ताह बंद नहीं माना िाएगा।

5. गैर-स्वीकृत अवकाश के मामले में 2 डदन का वेतन काटा िाएगा।

6. प्रसव शुल्क साप्ताडहक भु गतान डकया िाएगा।

7. अडिम भु गतान का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है।
