Imeda has been providing skill and employment support services as needed for dropped out,
underemployed and unemployed youth. Partnering for Training Providers Delivering High
Quality Skills: vocational training programs to create better future for youth and community at
large. Seminars and Workshops: career guiding awareness programs at community level to
promote and guide for learning and development for the benefit of the economy. Skill and
employment help you to get the support, skills and understanding you need to promote yourself
for the job aspire to.

Incubation and Entrepreneurship

Imeda Incubation and Entrepreneurship support cell catalyzing the entrepreneurship ecosystem
through its various interventions and initiatives. Partnering with the India's leading Incubators to
provide seeding and incubation with a focus on mass impact areas. Imeda under its Youth for
Change Program rush to establish over 150 startups across various sectors till 2020, with a
special focus on Minority Communities and rural and semi-rural areas of Uttar Pradesh,
Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand. Major Activities to meet the end:
Conferences and workshops to develop achievement motivation and sharpening entrepreneurial
traits.
Knowledge and capacity building.

Information and Facilitation

Provides assistance to create NGOs (non-government organizations), CBOs (community-based
organizations), FPOs (farmer producer organizations), and business entities, seeking approvals,
application and finding out the right channels in government. Registration and documentation is
a real concern that the startups, as well as tender bidders face.

Project Documentation
Helping in preparing project proposals, documentation verification, and audit etc.

Banking/Subsidies
Providing information on offered loan/finance at lower interest, as well as government financing
and subsidies to promote startups, small-scale ventures, technology upgradation, and
mobilization etc.

Training and Linkages

Assess training needs, develop a program and link them with qualified training partners to meet
the requirements.

Marketing Support
Providing a variety of support services to startups for marketing and business development
departments, covering key areas ranging from concept development, marketing style templates
and execution guidelines, use of social media, preparing PPTs, sourcing to e-commerce portals
for selling the products of small-scale enterprises.

Also helping community people in securing the basic certificates such as Aadhaar card,
passport, driving licensees and social entitlement certificates as well as providing digital and
financial literacy.

Network and Partnership

IMEDA understands the power of synergy, which drives its working through partnerships and
networking with individuals and institutions working for the similar purposes. IPFC seeks to
create various verticals and networks as also leverages the existing network of institutions.
