I hope all is well with you.

We, Ariana Nicole A. Religioso and Chelsea S. Tolentino, students pursuing BS in

Chemical Engineering degree at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Santo
Tomas are accepted as your company’s Internship Trainees.

The Memorandum of Agreement is one of the requirements needed on your part to be

able for students to start their internship program in your company, however, the MOA
provided by your company is still being processed by the Faculty of Engineering, UST. As
much as we would want to comply to it beforehand, the processing may take some more
time beyond our scheduled start for internship. Hence, we would like to humbly request
your good office to kindly allow us to start our 240-hr internship program with your plant,
starting July 1st of 2019 (Monday). We promise to submit it as soon as it is done and
accomplished.
