- Fixtures are discussed
9.50am First round begins
9.55am First round concludes
- Teams shake hands
- Score cards are signed and returned to base
- Teams move to new game
- Duty teams swap over
10.00am Second round begins
10.05am Second round concludes
- Teams shake hands
- Score cards are signed and returned to base
- Teams move to new game
- Duty teams swap over
10.10am Third round begins
10.15am Third round concludes
- Teams shake hands
- Score cards are signed and returned to base
- Equipment is packed away
10.20am Competition conclusion
- Sports board addresses group
- Other committees address the group if required
10.25am Students enter the gym to get changed
10.30am Bell goes – students are changed and move to next class
