human life, including the world of work, resulting in the importance of improving
the quality of human resources in facing this era.

country becomes a challenge for the nation to be ready to compete in facing the
challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 through improving the quality of human
resources to produce quality related to technology production, especially in
automotive production. Industry 4.0 greatly impacts the automotive field. The
impact on automation is how to improve the quality of automotive production
produced by the Indonesian nation so that Indonesia is able to become the basis
