As everybody says life of a teacher is never that easy. He/she should be a role model and a
good example to everyone. As an individual engaged to that kind of profession, she/he must
first possess all the traits that will make him to be a stronger and better person. Most especially
on dealing with the students of different personalities. All children misbehave at some time; it is
part of finding out what appropriate behavior is and where the limits are. Children may throw
tantrums, test the rules, start fights, refuse to cooperate with the teachers’ house procedures,
use bad language and so on but the most important you can handle your students and change
them as possible.
As the teacher teaches students appropriate behavior, what the expected rules and
regulations are all about, it’s important to remember the goals of discipline .Discipline means
helping the child develop self-control and a sense of limits, experience the consequences of
his/her behavior, and learn from his/her mistakes .Discipline does not mean punishment or
conflict between the teacher and students. All of the need the security of knowing the rules and
boundaries, without them they feel at loss, and later on they become abusive. Positive
reinforcement is the best technique for encouraging wanted behavior .Moat students crave
attention and acceptance from the teacher and will work to get it. Rewards are not brides, they
are the ways to show the students that she is doing great job. But in the end, the teacher must
have clear, firm and specific about what you mean, be respectful .Don’t resort to name calling or
yelling.
Teaching is not the battle for intelligent teachers only but it’s about changes the life of our
students. They’re no such perfect strategies and a flexible teacher can think creatively to make
his/her discussion more engage able among students. AS John Dewey said "learning by doing “it
says that students are the center of learning. Students are unique they had different capabilities
and talents as a teacher we need to help them to improve their potentials.
