A. Following are the steps observed on the day of selection:

1. Campus talk: Showing PRADAN’s movie (30 minutes)

2. Questions and clarification (20-30 minutes).
3. Written Test: (50 minutes)
4. Recruiters’ time for short-listing from the applicants who attended the written test
(depends on the number of applicants).
5. Group Discussion: (1 and 1/2 hr) - for one group of 5-8 candidates.
6. Personal interview: 10-20 minutes per candidate.

B. Requirements for conducting the process:

1. A hall or a classroom big enough to accommodate the interested applicant (we would
require it for whole day to carry out all the events i.e. written test, group discussion
and personal interview).
2. The group discussions and personal interviews can however be conducted in smaller
rooms.
3. An LCD projector with a computer and speakers (if possible a Public Address
system) with VLC and windows media player installed (We show a movie on
PRADAN which is 30 minutes long hence we need these only for 30 minutes).
4. Accommodation for the recruiters in case they are staying overnight.

C. Important Instructions for the Applicants:

1. Students should not carry their mobile phones as it is strictly not allowed during
the written test and group discussions.
2. The applicants need to carry only their pen/s during the written test and group
discussions.
3. The applicants need to bring their original documents for verification during the
interview.
