    Utilities breakdowns kills the efficiance of factory to great extent

    Preventive Maintenance Plans to avoid Breakdowns & action plans

    Boiler:

    1. ID Fan motor, have purchase (45K) one back up motor recentely to overcome from
    unexpected breakdowns.
    2. Mobri coil actuator replaced
    3. Main IBR gate valave replaced
    4. Regular periodic monthly maintenanace , tube cleaning, gasket replacement, etc etc
    5. Boiler Gauge galass in stock
    6. Blowdown valve in stock
    7. NRVs & other items in stock

    Compressors:

    1. 2000 hours service kits, Thermostat kits, belts, blower fans, unloading valave kits, other
    consumable items in stock

    Diesel Generators:

    1. New batteries replaced last 1 week back, 4 nos


    2. A, B, C check on periodic basis
    3. FOC work of 400KVA Dgs
    4. Service kits all type in stock

    LT, Transformer Power:

    1. All panel board service on periodic basis, spring loaded charger, MCBS, other items in stock
    to avoid breakdowns..
