Phase 1

• How much do you use your smartphone?

I really use my cell phone very frequently, almost at all times, since in my work this

medium is used a lot for communication, and at rest time for social networks and

entertainment games, music, videos.

• Will you change something about how you use your smartphone after hearing this

information?

If it is a very serious problem the excessive use of the cell phone, and the distancing of the

people we love, I must make more effort to establish communication in a way that avoids

the use of my cell phone, because time is something very scarce.

Phase 2:

Recommendations on how to use smartphones correctly in your office or at home.

1. The important thing in this case would be to deactivate the signals of Facebook, Twitter,

the games and all the applications that would not be of use in the working hours and on the

contrary they would decentralize.

2. To be aware of what is happening and avoid reaching a computer to find hundreds of

unread messages in the inbox, what can be done is to synchronize the work email account

to the cell phone and activate the email notifications.

3. There are applications to organize the agendas and to schedule all activities and pending.

There could include tasks, meetings, conferences, birthdays, outings with friends, etc.

4. Use the different tools to share content. Through e-mails, contacts, which with a single

touch allows you to share documents as if it were another office tool.

5. Record and capture is not only in social moments. It is possible to record a meeting to

not forget what was said there, in addition that an optimal camera will get out of trouble. A

memory with sufficient capacity will be used to store work files and documents, videos and

personal photos.

6. Avoid cell phone use in family gatherings, or group meals

7. Interact with other people using more dialogue and not so much cell phone

8. Don't you want to be isolated with their screens? Share more time with them playing

outdoors or using board games. It is ideal for this to happen at least a couple of hours a

week.

9. It is good to leave the cell phone at home on some day of the week and turn it off on

some occasions, to take a break from it and not depend on it at all times
