I use my smartphone about ten hours a day.

Correct use of the smartphone at home

1. Passwords of mobile devices, parents should always know them

2. Mobile devices have schedules, which the adult determines.

3. The cell phone is not a family member.

4. It is not necessary to publish everything they do.

5. The cell phone does not go to school. This should be very clear.

6. Mobile devices can be helpful in some activities.

7. Mobile devices can be useful in some activities.

8. Eyes on the road and not in the chat.


Correct use of the smartphone at ofice

1. Disable Facebook, Twitter, games and all applications that would not be used during

work hours and would otherwise be deconcentrated.

2. Synchronize the work email account to the cell phone and activate the email notifications.

3. Download programs as agendas, to schedule our activities and be more aware of them.

4. Recording and capturing is not only in social moments. It is possible to record a meeting

so as not to forget what was said there,

5. Use the different tools to share content. Through e-mails, contacts, or through NFC

technology, which by one touch allows you to share documents as if it were another

office tool.

6. Put the cell phone in silence, to avoid interrupting meetings.

7. It is important to establish schedules to chat with friends or family and thus not interrupt

your work.

8. Do not log in to the web pages of automatic videos, as this may play tricks on you, for

example, in the middle of a meeting.
