Fire Drill Process • Warden shall plan for the annual exercise • Prior to the drill, briefing shall be conducted to ✓Announce time and date of fire drill ✓Review evacuation map & emergency numbers ❑ Is the path to assembly area still suitable? (assembly are layout/map??) ❑ Are the exit points still valid? ❑ Is the emergency contact numbers are up to date? ✓Roles and responsibilities will be briefed (First Aider, Fire Warden & Traffic Controller) ✓Procedure briefing ✓Other instructions if applicable FIre Drill Training Emergency Response Plan • Instructions: (copied from source for training purpose) • Fire wardens and designated traffic controllers are to ensure their respective route of evacuation are orderly. He is to be the last person to leave the designate route. • At the Assembly area, the Fire Wardens are to report take attendance and report situation to the MR. • During Exercises, the MR shall give instructions to the respective Fire Warden to re-enter the building to conduct final round of checks for any missing personnel. • Where external resources or authorities are involved, the Fire Wardens or Traffic controllers are responsible to direct them to the respective an appropriate area for rescue operations.
