Good morning everyone.

On this occasion, allow me to introduce who I am. My name is Christoper Dori, You can call
me dori. I am the firstborn child of three siblings. I was born in Sampit, November 9, 2001.
Now, I am 17 years old. Currently, I live on Tjilik Riwut Street, number 112, East
Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan.

Right now, I'm studying at the famous private university in Yogyakarta, Duta Wacana
Christian University. I majored in information systems at the Information Technology
Faculty. I majored in this information system because I know that for the future graduates
of this information system itself will be widely used by many companies because the
knowledge learned combines business and computer science. therefore, future job
opportunities will be wide open for graduates of this information system itself. In addition,
the reason why I majored in this was because when I was in high school, I liked business. I
had participated in the health products business, the name of the business is TIENS. I was
forged as a businessman and leader because I built a friendship and I was also a speaker at
one of these business seminars at the Aquarius Hotel, East Kotawaringin, Central
Kalimantan. Experiences like this make me love business science. and chose this information
system major.

in my free time, I often do various activities such as reading business books, playing games,
and listening to classical music. I like activities like this because in my own opinion, activities
like this can relieve my stress with various lecture activities and assignments given by the
lecturer to me. I usually do activities like this on campus or at my own boarding house.

Speaking of hobbies, music is one of my hobbies. I have been able to play Piano since grade
3 and now I am a piano music player in my church "GKE EKA KAPAKAT" in my residence.
I have a dream to make a band and together become a music player to serve various church
worship activities and I also want to become a music teacher by opening music lessons for
my students. Hopefully my dream can come true.

I have 2 siblings, his name is Albertus Jery, he still sits in the 2nd grade of the junior high
school, and John Billy, he still sits in the 1st grade of the elementary school.praise God, until
now I still have complete parents, my father named Sayunus and my mother named
Melawati, I love them very much and I also miss them. They are my encouragement to
achieve my goals. My father works as a village secretary and manager of a village cooperative
and my mother works as an elementary school teacher. I guess that's all I can say about this
introduction. Thank you very much for your attention and don't forget to watch my next
vlog see you guys!!
Good night everyone,

on this occasion, I will tell you about my favorite place to hang out with my friends. The
name of the place is Noe Coffee & Kitchen. This new cafe, which was established in March
2017, has been visited by many visitors, even though it is still very young, No wonder this
cafe located in downtown Jogja can be used as a reference for those of you who want to
find a comfortable and up-to-date coffee place.

This modern vintage concept cafe can also make you feel comfortable, even though the
building is not large. One of the most striking things about this cafe is the large number of
pictures of stags. As captured by Mathius Danu, owner of Noe Coffee & Kitchen, the stag
has horns that will grow stronger over time. This is the philosophy of the deer held danu so
that this cafe can grow bigger and stronger. One of the advantages of this cafe, your coffee
activities are not limited at night. You can also sip the warmth of coffee in the morning as a
breakfast companion to encourage and start the day. Yes, Noe Coffee & Kitchen is open
from 7am to 1pm.

The location of Noe Coffee & Kitchen itself is located on Jalan Wahidin Sudirohusodo
Number 68, Klitren, Gondokusuman District, Yogyakarta City, Special Region of
Yogyakarta zip code 55224

usually what I do with my friends at Noe Coffee & Kitchen itself is to do the assignments
given by our study lecturers, so we can exchange opinions, exchange information, and work
together in doing this task. I and my friends also usually hang out also if there is free time
and while talking about campus activities, or interesting we can talk about love
relationships, and also we can play games together to relieve stress from assignments or
from campus activities.

to be able to reach the location of Noe Coffee & Kitchen, not so far away because we
usually after the lecture hours are over, we will agree to hang out at Noe Coffee & Kitchen.
If from Duta Wacana Christian University you can walk to the left for about 100 meters,
right before a few meters of the traffic light crossing, you can cross to the right of the road
and there will be seen the Noe Coffee & Kitchen building. Noe Coffee & Kitchen is opposite
the Bethesda Hospital

I like this place because the atmosphere at Noe Coffee & Kitchen is because the building is
not so big which means people who come will not be too much so that the atmosphere is not
so crowded, coupled with music that can calm the heart and mind so that I can focus on
doing my work. Also, the food menu and drinks are delicious.

I think that's all I can say about my favorite hangout. Thank you very much for your
attention and don't forget to watch my next vlog see you guys!!
see you later !!
Good afternoon everyone,

this time I will tell you about traditional favorite foods in my place of residence. The
traditional food is WADI. This food comes from Central Kalimantan, right from the Dayak
tribe, and this is also one of the traditional foods from my hometown. Fish processed into
wadi, are usually used as food reserves for residents who are busy with various activities,
such as farming or harvesting rice.. Wadi is food made from fish or can also use pork.
Wadi is fermented using spices made from white glutinous rice or it can be roasted corn
seeds that are browned and then either mashed manually or blended.

Although making it looks easy, it can be done by adding just a little bit in the seasoning and
soaking, the wadi can rot and wavy so it cannot be consumed.

Because of the difficulty, regeneration makes wadi unpopular among young Central
Kalimantan people, because only certain people have the expertise to make delicious Wadi.
To make delicious Wadi, we need ingredients:
- The basic ingredients are river fish, such as carp, or local fish species, such as haruan,
catfish, or bapuyu. Can also use pork.

- White glutinous rice or corn kernels that can be roasted until browned and then pounded
manually or mixed. Mashed white rice is better than using a machine. Because the taste of
fish or will be more crispy and delicious when the rice is pounded traditionally. In Dayak
Maanyan the spices are called Sa'mu and in Dayak Ngaju it is called Kenta.

- Salt, this material is also what will certainly make this wadi last a long time when doing
the fermentation process.

This wadi food itself has salty, crunchy, savory, and sour taste. The local community in our
area usually consumes this wadi food when there are events such as weddings, household
worship, local religious ceremonies, farming or harvesting rice, and during large family
gatherings. For the meal time itself is often done during the day and night. Wadi itself is
very suitable to be eaten with rice.

Wadi itself can be found in various traditional markets in Central Kalimantan and usually
there are also traders who go around selling this Wadi. And even this wadi itself has also
been sold through online stores like Tokopedia, because this wadi can last for months so it
is safe for consumption by the public and has been packaged usually using plastic jars /
glass jars that are tightly closed.

for the price of this wadi food itself depends on the weight of the wadi.Start with a price
range of 40,000 Indonesian Rupiahs to 80,000 Indonesian Rupiahs for 1 kilogram of Wadi.
I think that's all I can say about traditional food in my hometown. Thank you very much
for your attention. see you guys !!
