2. Per references, the following are the salient points during the update of
OG2 Scoreboard and Dashboard Strategic Review on 11 Jan 2017 at OG2
Conference Room:

a. Each branch chief presented the updates of their scoreboard

and dashboard for the 4th quarter 2016;

b. The Operations branch had already conducted the PA

Intelligence Conference and Workshop (BOTTOM UP) last October 2016. For
the following quarter, the branch will craft concept for the conduct of
TOPDOWN 2017 and discuss with other branch chiefs possible topics to be
lectured during the said conference;

c. For PB, the branch is searching for possible trainings that will be
programmed by 2017;

d. For CI, the branch attained its target in the following activities:
conduct of RDT and conduct of refresher training to all PAASCS users. While
there were no changes with other activities.

e. As for LB and FLB, there are slight increases on the actual

accomplishments of the activities of their BTGs.

f. For PBB, AB, and TIISB, there are still no changes with the
report from the last quarter.
