I. HSE Matters
At 29th Oktober 2006, CPM Crew has been demobilized from HY Cluster (Job item
60345/H) due to incomplete equipment check list, such as:
- No ELCB at welding machine.
- Bad Electrical fitting.
- Fire extinguisher was expired
- Bad Chain block condition and color code.
- Bad color coding of compressed cylinder.
- PPE.

II. Work In progress and Today Activities

II. 1. Item 60345/H HY1 Outlet Manifold Replacement

Status :
- Spool 6”-E10-L-30.06 (LP Outlet HY1 Manifold) has been finished.
- Continue welding to replace spool 6”-E10-L-30.07 (MP Outlet HY1 Manifold).
- Spool 6”-E10-L-30.08 (LP Outlet HY1 Manifold) is not done yet.
