a. Greet the candidate and recognize the presence of TESDA.

b. Introduce yourself and state to the trainee that you will be the one to conduct the competency

assessment.

administered a learning contract, provide materials, introduce CLBM and the use of achievement and

a. Ask the student to submit his or her admission slip and check if the name, signature and picture appear

the same in the application form and admission slip.

a. The feedback should be immediate and continuous.

1. Answer key- Instruct your trainees to always compare his answers to self-checks with the answer

key provided in the CLBM

2. Performance criteria checklist- evaluate the candidates performance in a particular task or job

3. Evaluative feedback- Feedback given by the trainer either in written form or orally.
