experiences in the Philippine Professional Standard for Teachers (PPST) domains through. the
different learning modalities. in various contexts.
Request your Cooperating Teacher to show you a sample of her/his Research-Based
Performance Management System (RPMS) and Individual Performance Commitment Review
Form (ICRF). You may also surf ready-made templates in the website. There also available
videos in the you tube on how to prepare your Teaching Internship Portfolio.

Write your Teaching Philosophy
A teaching philosophy statement is a written description of your values, goals and beliefs
regarding teaching and learning and uses evidence from your teaching. To help you in writing
your own Teaching Philosophy you need to do these through the years: actualize your teaching
beliefs in your subjects/courses, record your teaching practices, enrich your teaching practices,
and incorporate new innovations in teaching. To write your teaching philosophy, remember the
following:
*Make it brief, concise and well-written and not longer than 5, pages.
*Use narrative, personal, reflective, first-person approach.
*Describe concrete and specific examples.
*Narrate how you progress in the field of teaching.
*Use simple terms which are easily understood.
*Be sincere and humble in narrating your passion in teaching.
*Revise your teaching philosophy as needed.
