Results and Discussion

This chapter presents the data gathered, the result of statistical analysis done and

interpretation of findings regarding their personal picks in logganisas from questionnaires

completed by the Grade 10 students of Nueva Ecija High School. Questionnaires were given to

the Grade 10 students since they are the subject of this study.

Data gathered through the questionnaires was subjected to frequency counts, these

responses to the questions are presented in the percentage form. This analysis is presented in

tabular form. 50 questionnaires were given to Grade 10 students wherein 25 of them are female

and 25 are male.

As shown from the graphs above it is proven that

 Females who have a history of diseases tend to pick garlicky longganisas over sweet

ones and those females who don’t have a history of health problems are more likely to

choose sweet longganisas over the garlicky flavored ones.

 Males tend to pick sweet longganisas over garlicky longganisas whether they have a

history of diseases or none, but is almost equal.

 Females who are health conscious have equal preferences on the both flavors while.

females who are not health conscious pick the sweet longganisas over the garlicky ones

 Males who are health conscious have an almost equal number of their picks but still the

sweet longganisas are more dominant while those males who are not health conscious

chose the sweet longganisas.

 6 out of 25 male grade 10 students chose both flavors while 2 out of 25 females chose

both flavors.

 Both genders’ preferences on longganisas are both almost equal but the sweet

longganisas are still taking lead.
