Dear Editior:

We are sending a manuscript entitled “Survey on Antibiotic Resistance”

Data was analyzed by xyz software. We should like to submit in PLOS ONE.

Data of the survey was collected within the course of 2 months, from January to March and
then analyzed. Out of the total of 10000 participants. Amongst which were the following:
Interviews via telephones: 19.6%, Different universities: 31.66%, Guardian of the Young and
elderly patients: 15%. The rest of the audience was the general public belonging to either rural or urban
areas. This survey help us to better understand the users behavior’s which could help to identify the
antibiotics resistance in the future.in this survey, we analyze the antibiotic reistance and how the
resistance effect the human body and also give knowledge about some common antibiotics that cause
resistance.
The survey was designed by the technical and the community-based knowledge of the authors.
For the complete and efficient collection of the data, the questionnaire was particularly designed into
three distinct portions.
The first portion acquired knowledge of the socio-economic status of the respondents i.e. name, residence,
phone numbers. The second portion inquired the past medical history, whereas the last portion determined
the current practice of the antibiotic use of the particular respondents
In the process of research, general public were surveyed and the data was then screened into
different parameters having a graphical representation, and we basically collected our data from three age
groups of male and female and the ages are10-20, 21-30, 31-40 respectively.
This survey article also explain the different parameters that will be analyzed for antibiotic
resistance and also have a graphical representation.
The graphs presented the following parameters to be evaluated:

1. Percentage of male and female surveyed


2. Duration of the use of antibiotic
3. Frequency of the usage of antibiotic
4. Number of people suffering from various current and chronic infections or diseases
5. Number of people visiting the doctor or following previous prescription
6. Number of people subjecting to misuse of antibiotic
7. Number of people suffering from allergy by the use of antibiotic
