RECOMMENDATIONS

As an On-The-Job Trainee in Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc.(CCBPI), I

witness how they accept us, they accompanied us at the beginning of our Training.
The society of the company is very well-mannered and very creative in terms of
work. Letting us join in every month activities is a pleasure to us, the On-the-Job
Trainees. The equipment and safety is well provided to the employees as well as to
the On-the-Job Trainees. I just want to recommend more time for the On-the-Job
Trainees to observe more in your powerplant so that they can have an ideas to do a
research or improve something in your powerplant. Also, one personnel or
supervisor is not enough for guiding On-the-Job Trainees, it should be two or more
so that they can catch up and perform well on their given duty. More orientations
inside the powerplant must be provided so that On-the-Job Trainees can easily
know whats happening or what will happen. Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines
Inc.(CCBPI), is a big company and also a wide place that's why OJT trainees
easily lost when they are commanded by their supervisor to go to that place and yet
they are not familiar to that specific place, to solve this, the company must give
On-the-Job Trainees a map inside the power plant so that they can easily go to that
place. Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc.(CCBPI), is a beautiful company to
encounter and a best place to work with. I learned so much from Coca-Cola
Beverages Philippines Inc.(CCBPI), and I am pleasure that I work in this kind of
company.

ADVICE TO FUTURE On-the-Job Trainees

Know what you're getting into before committing to anything. Take the time to get
to know yourself while you're out of your comfort zone and explore all
opportunities that come your way.

Be well prepared, read travel guides and talk to people who have been to the
company before. I think it's most important to look forward to an exciting
experience and a chance to be open-minded to everything new.

Ask the Supervisor what tasks you should expect and how you can prepare for
them before coming to the Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc.(CCBPI).
Don't stress: Everything is going to be all right. Give 150% for your Supervisor. If
they see that you work hard you'll be very much appreciated. Embrace the new
culture. Try to make friends with Employees.

Do your best at your On-The-Job Training. Always communicate with others when
you're having a hard time, or if you find something is not right. Have a good time
and learn a lot at Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc.(CCBPI).

Be responsible at work. Try to make lots of friends and be open-minded. If you are
nice usually people will be nice back to you. Don't be shy. This is not a place to be
shy! Try to express yourself. As soon as you do you'll find you have lots of friends
actually. :)

Enjoy every day of your training and do your best to get as much knowledge and
skills as you can.
