BLOOD BANK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Introduction :-
The ‘ BLOOD BANK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ‘ has been developed to override the
problems prevailing in the practicing manual system. This software is supported to eliminate and
in some cases reduce the hardships face by this existing system. Moreover this system is
designed for the particular need of the company to carry out operation in a smooth and effective
manner.
The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering the data. It
also provide error message while entering the invalid data. No formal knowledge is required for
the user to use this system. Thus by this it proves to be a user friendly. This software can lead to
error free, secure, reliable and fast management system. It can assist the user to concentrate on
their other activities rather than to concentrate on the record keeping. Thus it will help organization
in better utilization of the resources.

SCOPE :-
It may help collecting perfect management details. In a very short time, the collection will be
obvious, simple and sensible. It will help a person to know the management of passed year and
perfectly and vividly. In also helps in current all works relative to blood management system. It will
also reduce the cost of collecting the information and collection procedure will go in smoothly.

OBJECTIVE:-
The objective of this project is to manage the details of the donar, the receiver, blood
group. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is
guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the
manual work for managing the blood bank details. It tracks all the records.

MODULES:-
Donar :- details about the donar
Receiver :- details about the receiver
Admin :- keeps the records of donar and receiver

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS :-
1. Processor: Intel dual core or above
2. Processor Speed: 1.0 GHZ or above
3. RAM: 1 GB RAM or above Hard Disk: 20 GB hard disk or above
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS :-
1. Language: Asp.NET with C#
2. Database: SQL server

CONCLUSION:-
This project helps the organization to keep the track of the blood and also helps the people
to get the blood easily when required urgently. It reduces the time and cost for the books to
manage all the previous records.
