The main aim of the project is to study the customer relationship in oxina hyundai and to avoid all forms of
industrial conflicts as so to ensure industrial peace by providing better working and living standard to workers and to rise
productivity in an era of full employment by reducing the tendency of higher labour turnover and absenteeism.
The study also aims at analyzing the good records of the business on customer performance, evaluation,
firing, discipline and other customer and matter. Moreover, this study as a feed back to the management, enabling to take
appropriate action to stand a good relationship among its customer the study also aims at satisfaction among its customer. The
study has a scope for further research.
