Project Details : Research and Analytics - Recruitment and Selection
General understanding of HR department functioning, recruitment and selection process, and
on boarding process. Key findings/deliverables:-
 Helped the department to find the right candidate for the required profile
 Found how the bpo’s and kpo’s work and how a HR department carries out its day to day
working.

Project Details : Agent Retention
Supported agent retention – focused on high risk agents and helped in solving their issues
proactively
 Helping the agents to solve their problems.
 To determine the motivational factors for the agents.
 Found that most of the agents were leaving because of their lack of motivation and failure to
sell policies.

learning experience and provided excellent global exposure. The special feature was
that the classes were taken by the best professors of the university giving some of
their practical experience and new theories of HR and marketing.

updated with the dispatch details/there urgent requirements. Looking after the export packages
