Goals and Timeline

Ongoing Goals
I will continue to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the various internal and external forms of
service. I will also submit my name for both college and university elected committee positions
as openings become available. I am interested in serving on the Alumni Committee at the college
level. Additionally, I hope to get involved with the Multicultural/Multiethnic Education SIG of
the American Education Research Association (AERA) and Critical Educators for Social Justice
(CESJ) SIG of AERA.

Timeline

2019-2021 Continue serving on the Faculty Interests Committee

2019-2022 Continue serving on the Members and Elections Committee of NAPDS.

2019-2022 Pursue both internal and external service opportunities.
