Thank you for being on the NAME Proposal Review Committee for #2019NAME Conference Proposals.

All proposal review and scoring must be completed no later than April 10, 11:59pm ET,

We encourage you to start reviewing as soon as you are assigned proposals.


Please volunteer only if you know that you will be available to review during the time indicated above.
Please read ALL instructions, including “Reviewer Special Instructions” and rubric, below
All reviewers who complete all their reviewing assignments will be listed in the print and digital NAME Conference
program book.

Instructions for Accessing and Reviewing Proposals

You must be a member of NAME to access the system.


Please got to the NAME website: http://www.NAMEorg.org
When on the NAME website, input your NAME membership username and password.
Scroll to the bottom of the Members Area Features and locate Proposal Submissions.
Here you will see the topic to which you have been assigned to review.
If there are any proposals for review, you will see a number below your assigned topic, indicating the number of proposals
in your Inbox.
Click on the link in your proposal/topic area to go to your inbox for that topic.
Click on a proposal name in the inbox.
The first time you enter to review proposals, you will be presented with the scoring rubric. Read this carefully.
Enter your initials and click Continue to indicate you understand.
You will see the title of the proposal, abstract, and proposal details on the next page.
Read and review the proposal.
Below the gray box containing the proposal details, you will find a series of drop-down score menus and comment fields.
Include feedback in the comment box on the proposal scoring page and provide a score for each drop-down.
After you have completed scoring a proposal, click on Continue at the bottom of the page. You will see that the proposal
has moved from the Inbox to the Outbox.
Repeat steps 6-15 until all assigned proposals, in all assigned topics, have been reviewed.
You have completed your review once all proposals have moved to your Outbox for each assigned topic.

website.

the rubric at any point
