Dear NAME Contributor,

Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that your proposal has been accepted to the 29th Annual Conference for the National Association for
Multicultural Education November 6-10, 2019 in Tucson, Arizona.

If you need to make any edits to your submission, go to the Proposal Submission page on the NAME website. Refer to the step-by-step instructions at the end of
this email. No edits will be taken via email. The deadline to make edits is September 15, 2019 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time.

Be sure to use the same email address for all NAME system communication. Your membership email must be the same as your proposal email and your
conference registration email.

Presenter registration ends September 15, 2019 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. Any presenter not registered by September 15, will not be included in the program and
may not present. As an equity organization, NAME has adopted a no exceptions or extensions policy. As a presenter, there will be no refunds after you have
registered. Advance Conference Registration will open in May and will close on June 30, at 11:59 pm ET. Early bird registration will be in July and will close
August 31, at 11:59 pm ET. These two special registration options are offered to presenters who would like to indicate the day they prefer to present and pay the
lowest registration rates.

If you register during Advance or Early Bird registration, please indicate two date options in order of preference as you register. Date requests cannot be
accepted by email. Preferences will be honored on a first come basis and cannot be changed once requested. The lead presenter and all co-presenters listed on a
submission presentation must register by August 31, 2019 at 11:59 pm ET, for the session to be scheduled based on the the preferred dates option.

NAME will have a projector in the panel, presentation, and interactive workshop session rooms. Due to the shared space, AV is not available for posters or
roundtables.

Edits to Abstract Submission – Step-by-Step Instructions:

• From the acceptance email click on the link at the bottom where it says "Click here to edit submission."
• On the web page, you will see an email and a passcode text box.
• Enter the email address of the primary presenter.
• Enter the passcode found in the email. Copy and paste works best.
• Make any necessary edits and submit.
• The deadline to edit your abstract is September 15, 2019 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time.
