THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGOUND

Introduction

This study was conducted to know the personal interest as an

influencing factor in choosing the specialization of HUMSS

students of University of Cagayan Valley. For them to know what

factor should they choose in specialization for their future is

first they should know what they want to become someday, because

their choice is the is first reason for them to grew by themselves

and being practical for what they want to become someday.

Parents also is an influencing factor for their children to

choose what they want, in this case some of the parents wants their

children to choose their own choice for them. That’s why some of

students also triggered on what they to choose for their future.
