VI. RATIONALE:
Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 217, s. 2019 entitled “Guidelines on
Revitalizing Scouting in Schools Regionwide” , through Division Memorandum
No. 307, s. 2019 , Schools Division Office I Pangasinan encourages all schools to
actively join and implement scouting activities. Carrying – out a-day school based
camp can provide significant learning on out-door activities, livelihood and basic
life skills .

VII. OBJECTIVE/S:

1. Enable the participants experience interesting interaction with one another

while getting involved with the SCOUTING activities to hone their physical,
mental, spiritual and social well-being.
2. Enable the participants become Alert, Active and Equipped with basic life’s
support
3. Enable the participants become well-rounded citizens
