For Tempura quail egg (kwek-kwek): Quail eggs, flour, salt and pepper, sugar, food color, plastic cups, banana

Performance Task:
Class will be divided into 3 groups. Each group is going to prepare and cook eggs dishes such as Maruya,
Tempura quail egg and Chocolate pancake to be sold in school. The prepared egg dishes should be in good quality,
marketable and profitable. The challenge involves purchasing, preparing, cooking and selling egg dishes.

Materials: Plastic container with drainage, soil, vegetable seed, hand trowel, apron, gloves and hairnet

Performance Task:
Each student will demonstrate on the proper way of planting vegetable. After 3 days the plant will be brought
back to school for evaluation.
