Title: Agriculture for Our Homes
Performance Standard: The leaners discover ways of earning money from raising animals, like chicken, birds and shelter.
Skills being assess: Cooking techniques, Entrepreneurial skill, team work
Performance Task:
Class will be divided into 3 groups. Each group is going to prepare and cook eggs dishes such as Maruya,
Tempura quail egg and Chocolate pancake to be sold in school. The prepared egg dishes should be in good quality,
marketable and profitable. The challenge involves purchasing, preparing, cooking and selling egg dishes.

Title: Agriculture for Home and in School
Performance Standard: The leaners discover ways of proper planting, caring and harvesting of vegetables.
Skills being assess:
Materials: Plastic container with drainage, soil, vegetable seed, hand trowel, apron, gloves and hairnet
Performance Task:
Each student will demonstrate on the proper way of planting vegetable. After 3 days the plant will be brought
back to school for evaluation.
