I think I agree with the issue.

1. First is because as we have seen that the main purpose of additional hours in
SMA N 1 PEMALANG is that students are ready to facing national or utbk
examination, on the other hand let’s see how the additional hours work. In my
opinion this is still not effective.
There are still many teachers who prefer to continue material at school rather
than preparing material for utbk or national examination.
2. Second is about additional hours schedules are enforced every day. Of course
this will make students feel very tired. Some students even had to be
hospitalized.
3. The third reason additional hours is out of compulsary school hours.
Additional hours is just an additional hours, however it just force student to
study more than students have to study.
4. The fourth reason this is supported by how the teacher teach students. There
are some teachers whose teaching methods are boring and sleepy. This is not
effective and only makes students tired.
5. The fifth reason is because the additional hours are also outside the teachers
teaching hours, maybe the teachers also feel tired and time with their family
becomes reduced.

1. In fact, not all teachers can accept the opinions of their students. If we give
rejection when the teacher given school material, not all teachers can accept
the rejection. Even the teachers will be offended.
2. Yes it is true. That students are teacher’s children too, but will the teacher put
aside their family which is certainly their priority? By implementing additional
hours everyday, this is not effective, the teachers will also feel lost the quality
time with their family.
3. But students are human. Of course there are time limits in studying. Let’s
imagine, students study from 06.00 to 16.00 and continued additional hours.
And there are some students who still have to take lessons. Is it effective?
Certainly not. It will only make students tired even make them sick.
