Connection
For 2-speed machines Art.nr: +173657

Make sure your hoses are clean before connecting them to the hydraulic motor. Make sure your machine
has clean oil inside of the hydraulic system. Operate the reduction gear drive idle for about 5 minutes
(machine lifted), with low load and in one direction. In order to ensure a good cleaning of the system and a
perfect filling.

The hose for the drain port and the hose for the 2-speed control port look similar. With a result that the two hoses are easily
interchanged. If connected incorrectly it will result in direct damage to the final drive. The next test is therefore useful;

1. Mount the final drive

2. Connect the hoses P1 and P2 (take into account the direction of rotation of the final drive with regard to the travel
direction of the machine)
3. Put the hoses of de drain port (T1 and T2) and the hose of the 2nd speed in a container
4. Start the machine and let it run it stationary
5. Control the 2nd speed
6. The hose from which oil sprays is the 2nd speed
7. Connect this hose to the Ps connection

Connections Designation Connector

P1 & P2 Service port PF 1 Connect P1 & P2 to the Control valve
