JOINT AFFIDAVIT TO TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, RICARDO B. OGARDO and WODIE M. LABUTAP, both

Filipinos, of legal age, and residents of Brgy. 39 Calvary Hill, Tacloban City,
after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state:

1. That we both personally know the person of JULIE ARSENIO JAVIER

since her childhood because we live in the same locality for a long time,
and her family has been a close family friend;

2. That we also know and we hereby declare that the said JULIE
ARSENIO JAVIER was born on May 5, 1952 at Tacloban City to
Spouses PRECENCIA ARSENIO and DOMINGO JAVIER;

3. That we are not related in any way, either by consanguinity or affinity,

to the said JULIE ARSENIO JAVIER;

4. As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for purposes of COMELEC registration.
