    This has reference to your letter dated April 16, 2019, which was forwarded to us
    by the office of the City Mayor on May 17, 2019 regarding your client’s payment
    of just compensation for the portion of Lot No. ___ declared under Tax
    Declaration No. 14-0009-01624 in the name of ____, which was used or utilized as
    a Road Lot containing an area of 191 Square Meters.

    In view of the foregoing, may we request to give us ample time to investigate


    and make an ocular inspection of the said site. We will revert back to you as
    soon we have gathered the necessary information.
