PRODUCTIONS
(25 dancers minimum)

The following age divisions will be used:

Children 11 y and under ( ….. 2003 )

Juniors 12 – 15 y ( 2002 – 1999 )
Adult 16 y and over ( 1998 …… )

A competitor’s age division is determined by his or her year of birth as it falls within the calendar
year of the competition.
In Hip-Hop solo and duo categories as well as Disco solo and duo categories, the division
between beginners and open class dancers will be made.

Timetable

11th of April – WADF judges seminar ( Tallink City hotel) , starting at 18:00

12th of April – 9th Baltic Cup open and beginners categories and workshops. WADF
European Championships Urban Street & Pop dances

13th of April – 9th Baltic Cup open and beginners categories and workshops. Battles.

!Timetable of the competition will be available from 01.04.2014!

START FEES

- 10 EUR per start ( number ) -

- Battle ( 13th of April ) will be an additional discipline and will cost

additional 10 EUR per dancer.

NB! In Street Dance Show and Show Dance it is allowed to perform

more than one number by the same group in small group and
formations division. Nevertheless in the case of all numbers making it to
the final, the participants need to make sure they are able the change outfits
and stage props in time.

First registration deadline is 12.03.2014.

 From 13.03 to 31.03. 2014 the registration will be available only with double
start fee! Please pay attention that all your applications and payments are
done in time!!!

NB! Dancers will be officially registrated after application ( via

e-mail: makeartestonia@gmail.com is received and start fee is
paid.

Every change in already dispatched registration lists is counted as a new

registration and requires new payment of registration fee.

!Organize must get the participation fee in full amount. The remitter should bear international
payment costs!

!Except for the battle division, the competition will be carried out according to the
skaiting system!

1. Organizer has the right to combine different categories and age groups
according to the number of contestants.

2. Organizer has the right not to registrate additional competitors causing

major changes in timetable of competition.

3. Organizer accepts only quality records on CD-s or MD-s. Please note that
each entry`s music must be on a separate CD!

Please note that there are limited places for better accommodation deals as
Tallinn is a very popular tourism destination in the springtime. Therefore
we advise you to make your bookings as fast as possible.

All prices are rough calculations and may vary – final prices will be fixed
and sent after receiving concrete dates as well as number of the people in
the group.
