the completion of plant data analysis and on-site support, development of technical

leverage sales for JM. Presenting the Johnson Matthey catalyst portfolio, new products

existing customers to ensure optimum performance of the catalyst systems.

Overseeing all debottlenecking activities, including but not limited to the monitoring and evaluation
of the plant to ensure optimum operation. Specific energy optimization of the ammonia-urea
complex, material balance for ammonia plant and steam balance for entire fertilizer complex. Liaising
with operations and maintenance team in commissioning, start-up & shutdown activities.

Highlights:

• An analysis of the theoretical & actual specific energy consumption at ZACL Ammonia
plant, accounting for the difference between the two and proposed recommendations for
improving energy efficiency.
• Presented on Bulk Flow Cooler Operation & Troubleshooting - Successfully helped in
eliminating the problem of choking in Bulk Flow Cooler, a plate type heat exchanger
specifically designed for cooling solids.
