    Respected sir,

    With due respect, I would like to inform you that I am Hammad S/o Hammad Khan Class BS-CS
    (3rd Semester, Roll no. F18-0442) student in your university due unprecedented situation I
    along with my Family are shifting to another city due to certain circumstances. I have to go
    there in order to sustain my family arrival at new place. Therefore I’m unable to attend the
    university for certain period of Time.
    By keeping in view my particulars please let me freeze my current semester. I will be very
    thankful to you for your permission I am not well off to meet my current situation. Kindly accept
    my application. I shall be really thankful to you for this act of kindness.
