Meeting Minutes:

One of the employees have raised few concerns over the issues that have recently
occurred at the warehouse. Risk assessment was conducted and few of the staff
were involved in the assessment.

Few points from the meeting are:

 Making revisions to the existing policies


 Being specific on what type of foot ware are safe and what are not around the
warehouse
 Conducting awareness sessions on what happens when proper precautions
are not taken while in the warehouse
 Taking care of the equipment like smoke detectors which are not properly
fixed or hanging out for any reason and telling the staff on what are the
dangers that may lead to

Control measures:

 Informing the wing head or your manager if anyone thinks that something may
lead to a safety issue.
 Being responsible for oneself and others at work place
 Conducting regular check-ups on the equipment
 Imposing strict rules on what to wear and what not to around the warehouse
for the well being of all the staff
