●In gathering documents needed in SBM, teachers must be orient for them to have an ideas and need also to
reconstruct documents in which in the previous year failed to comply. But we just assured that projects are
existing for us to comply that documents.

GENERAL COMMENTS AND ISSUES ENCOUNTERED:

● Teachers find hard to reconstruct documents.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

● An expert on this topic must re orient us teachers on SBM in order for us to have depth understanding on this.
